Hello,
My Hub keeps losing 1Gbs connection with my PC
The PC has 1GBs Ethernet and the Cable connecting it to the hub is Cat 6
The issue is that when the hub has been on for a few days it will only connect at 100Mbs
If I turn the Hub off for 30 Mins or so then back on the connection speed is at 1Gbs again.
I have a Hub 3 and 500Mbs package.
I have tried everything but only switching it off for 30 mins works.
A Reboot does not work. it has to be off for at least 30 mins.
The hub is placed out in the open.
I have tried different cables and all of the ports.
WiFi speed is not affected. Just the Ethernet cable connection.
I suspect this is a faulty Hub and it stops working properly when its warm.
has anyone any other suggestions other than what I've already tried?

I didn't spot you had a HUB 3!
It could just be faultly.
