Broadband Cutting out

Quite recently my broadbands been cutting out usually every hours and a half but the area status says there is nothing wrong Any help is gratefully recieved

Downstream power is too low with a poor SNR / RxMER.

VM would likely need to book a tech visit to sort this out!

2 Options:

1. Wait for forum staff (can be a day or so)
2. Call it in on 150 as a fault! (0345 454 1111 from a non-VM phone)

Yea can you do that for me if you can to get a mod to sort me out

Phoned em up they said to do a pin hole reset and I mentioned you diagnosis you said as well so we shall see what happens tonight. I still for giggles would like to know why that hub diagnosis thing cut my net for off and comes back on quicker
