Sites Unavailable/access denied

When im trying to download with websafe and virus security off the page is denied as not accessable or denied 401. What can be done

Can you post a screenshot or the full text of the error message shown.

Also can you try visiting nordvpn.com; if Web Safe is still on then such VPN provider sites are blocked by default.
