Password change

I have been trying to change my password for virgin media for a week now without success.   I try to login and click on the forgotten password link.   I enter my email address, date of birth and answer the security question then the page reloads and nothing happens.   I can’t get her through on the phone.

maybe try with a Inprivate tab or disable any adblockers, extensions that may be preventing popups, check cookies are agreed to as well.

Could be their site is broken too, like most of their services
