Can't disable WebSafe

My WebSafe settings were automatically turned on and when I go to my account settings to turn them off, all I get is a page that says "Oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side. Please try again" and this has been happening for the last few days now.

Use another DNS on your device like 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8 or 9.9.9.9
