When my Hub 3 modem was installed 2 or 3 months ago the light was showing a white colour. In the last couple of weeks it has turned an Orangy Red colour. A virgin engineer was working nearby so i asked him was this normal. His immediate reply was 'Its overheating, and should be replaced. How can I request this please?
