Signed up for Virgil 3 weeks ago. They sent the hub, and broadband has been good for two weeks. However, the TV box has not arrived. Have now called 5 times including original call, and they keep saying they have put in the order, but frustratingly nothing ever arrives. I just want to be able to watch the tv I am paying for!!
