The coax splitter and ethernet X2 cable

Where do I order the TV broadband Splitter to ethernet X2 cable the one that comes with your TV and router package.

The reason the sleeve has it's own 11/2 inch split on the TV coax cable that comes out the splitter.

I've tried to do it by phone but she said my 5meter lead on its way and it's not 5 metre lead that for sure.

"TV broadband Splitter to ethernet X2 cable" sorry this does not make sense. There is no such thing as a broadband Splitter to Ethernet cable. VM will supply coax cable, but not Ethernet cable, you have to purchase these yourself.

Hi CousinGodly,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

I'm afraid I've not been able to understand quite a bit of your post. As mentioned by Tudor, we don't offer an ethernet splitter as these don't exist. Are you referring to a splitter that allows one coaxial cable into it and then it separates to allow 2 separate coaxial cables?

If you've received a quickstart installation kit and not been able to install your services, we would need to convert this to a manned installation and arrange an engineer to come and complete things.

Let us know in more detail what you're trying to do so we can help further.

Thanks,
