PoggyD
Tuning in

I am due a visit from a technician today between 4-7pm and one hasn’t turned up. We have had no internet it TV since Tuesday since virgin came to do some external work. My husband and daughter work from home and need the internet. We have rung up but they say we don’t have one booked although I have a message which they sent with date and time on.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Hi @PoggyD,

Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.

I'm very sorry to hear that there's been an issue regarding a scheduled technician visit. Did this go ahead as planned? If not, have you discussed this with the team yet? If so, what have they advised?

Thanks,

No we were left without another day. Eventually someone can and sorted it. We spoke to a lovely young man who also said we will get a refund.
