Relocate broadband cable outside the house

We are looking to get our outside broadband cable relocated, can we be advised who to contact to get this arranged and do we have to pay for it please? Thank you, jay.

The cost will be £25. It’s best to wait for a VM staff member to get to your post, they will be able to arrange an appointment.

You have asked about relocation, not a new cable so I doubt they lay a complete new cable but relocate your existing one, any non fault issue will cost £25.
