I did my QuickStart today but didn’t work, I put everything in the right place, in the hub only 1 light show, the Wi-Fi one but the other don’t show, what can I do?

Check all your connections are finger tight especially the white coaxial cable.

It's possible the hub hasn't been activated yet.

You need to call 0800 953 9500 to activate the box. You will need the box serial number, and your account number and area code.

You could also try contacting  New accounts and Set Up for them to complete the setup and activation. That would be options 1,1,1 and 4 if dialling 150 from a Virgin landline , or options 1,1,2 and 4  if dialling 0345 4541111 from any other phone

to check - the wifi light is on but there is no power light - if thats correct then my best guess is the hub is faulty or the power light may be - either way its something i have never seen reported on here before
