Hello,
We’ve had the pre engineer team out to fit the outside cables yesterday and our engineer is coming out on the 28th to install everything. I’d much rather use the QuickStart kit to get everything up and running sooner. How do I go about ordering a kit and cancelling the engineer appointment?

be more specific as i dont think what you want is possible - you say you now have the external cable - how does that terminate - is there an external box with the cable attached - has the cable been connected at the cabinet
and even if the answers to those questions are yes you wont have the internal box to connect the hub to - thats what will happen on the 28th

As -tony- has advised, it is likely you would need the visit for more the just installing the box.
I have taken a look on our side and I can see that you have spoken with the team regarding this.
Have they been able to assist further?
