No correct wires in house

Hi there 

I do not have the correct barrelled wires in my house and need this to set up for the hub 

Please can I arrange an engineer appointment for some help with this

Try tracing the wire from the outside box, if no luck call:

The pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

However after looking at side I can see you been in touch with the team and they have organised you an engineer to come out.
