ive moved into a new build property and was told by Barrats home there is only a virgin line here. I’ve moved in since 1st October and constantly ringing virgin and explaining to them but they said they can’t provide me a service but my whole street is virgin. They said they would send a engineer out but no one rings me back or I get cut off half way speaking. My house number does not come up online .
can anyone please help me? I have kids with no wifi for nearly a month is a nightmare
