Need to have cable reattached after building work

Hi

I need to have my cables and box reattached externally after having the front of my house rendered. I understand there is a £25 charge for this. I've tried organising this through 150 but got nowhere unfortunately. Hope you can help!

A VM staff member will get to your post within a day or two and that will be able to arrange a technician's visit.
