Hi. Currently I have my Virgin router in the sitting room at the front of the house near the TV and the reception isn't great in some of the rooms. I'd like to have it moved to somewhere more central and understand Virgin can do this for a £25 fee. Please advise.

Yes, there would be a non fault call out fee of £25.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
