My mum has just received her hub, about 5 years ago she did have virgin media but after leaving due to price change and having work done on her house the line into the house was taken out.
The kit she received was a quick start kit, but as there isn't a line in its no good at the moment, I've tried this evening to call virgin but after being on hold for nearly an hour I had to leave my mums to get my kids into bed.
After reading a few posts on here I'm assuming this will have to be a manned install...this isn't a problem but I can't get through to ask if this can happen.
Is there anyone that can help here please?

Call this number and they will arrange a technician to install a new internal socket.

Hi why did you order the self quick install if you know you need new cabeling socket you should have orderd engineer visit install he would do all that for you
