Hi,
Just received my Hub 3 in the post.
Power is on. White cable is plugged into wall socket and into Hub 3.
Bottom green line is solid green. Top WiFi symbol is solid green. However, internet symbol (two arrows) is flashing green.
Its been like this for nearly three hours now.
Booklet says flashing green internet symbol means it's downloading an update.
Any ideas to help get me online?

Possibly the hub has not be activated to your account. Phone
