Getting “no ranging response”

Hi,

read another thread that I need to put in here my life errors. The internet is dropping every day now and it’s annoying because the router freezes. Particularly annoying when I’m on a call for work and it drops. Could I have an engineer visit as that’s what’s happened on previous threads. The incorrect password error log is wrong as it freezes the router and won’t let you in.

Downstream power levels are high, but just within spec. All upstrEam channels are on 16 QAM when the should be 64 QAM. You probably need a technician’s visit, unless there is a known problem in your area. 

Check with Area faults on  0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150

If no faults found:

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Thanks for posting, and sorry to see you're having some issues with your connection.

 

I've been able to locate your account using your forum information, and can see there are no area issues affecting you.

 

I can see some of the hubs levels are slightly out of specification, however can see it's been some time since the hub was last rebooted.

 

Can you please reboot the hub and let me know if there is any change? If the levels are still out of specification then I can arrange an engineer visit.
