Hi there,
I recently moved into a new place so Virgin Media installed the new broadband cable. Unfortunately, this cable is exposed along the entire front of the property including through the garden.
I'm worried that when I start work on the front garden that the cable could get damaged as it isn't buried - or through ongoing garden maintenance if it's left exposed amongst the plants I plan to plant.
Does anyone know whose responsibility it is to hide and protect the cable?
Photo attached. Thanks in advance.

Best option is to wait for a VM staff member to get to your post, could be a day or two.
