Hello,

I have recently moved and have been trying to get another connection (account duplication) on the current address. I seem to be getting nowhere on the phone and I get conflicting information from the customer support team.

I have now moved and still haven't resolved this issue. I cant leave this in limbo any more as I work from home and depend on a good connection.

Is there anyone that can help?
