Cannot install wifi

Hi I was sent a quick start kit, although I do have a virgin media box the white cable leading from it appears to be incompatible with the model of router I have received. Can somebody please assist?

What is incompatible? Cables don’t fit, LEDs on hub, no signal? If cables please post some photos of cable end and wall box.
