Could I arrange for my rv box cable to be extended and moved please? I've moved my TV and.cant use the box. I don't mind paying a charge

There will be a charge of £25.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

I'm sorry to hear that your TV box is no longer in a suitable spot for you. As mentioned by Tudor, there is a one-time fee of £25 applied to your next bill, after the visit has taken place.
