Hi, we have our hub set up in the front room and over the last 2 weeks we've had a slight burning smell in the room, ive smelt it a few times over the last few months but we couldnt pinpoint whether its inside the house or coming from outside, we've realised now because we have our doors closed cause of the weather and when we open the front room door the burning smell hits you in the face.
I've been looking all over the virgin website for a way to talk to a human and about this issue. Why is it so difficult?
Anyways can someone assist me?
