Broadband down same time

Last Wednesday afternoon my broadband went off, same happened yesterday, also a Wednesday, it’s happened again today (Thursday) at exactly the same time as yesterday and last week.   I am logged into the router via an Ethernet cable, I’m the only person using it, television isn’t on etc.  

Any advice?

How has the service been since your last post to us? Have you been able to check for any known issues in your area?

 

When you experience the issues, does your Hub have any lights flashing or changing colour at all?
