Hi there my street was dug and virgin cabinets and the little man hole covers with virgin media on them put outside our flats/houses. This was in September 2022. I have since received 3 separate emails stating that we will be switching on soon. Then the last one saying we will be on in the next 48 hours. Then radio silence. It now says on the website there not in our area but the previous results stated were almost here. Also on the next fibre website it says our area is complete. So am very confused why we haven't been connected yet when neighbours in the same street have been connected.

It might be best to give our sales team a call directly on 0800 183 1234.

If they can't locate any details. they will be able to arrange for someone to visit the site and check to see what has happened.
