hi. Following nighthawk f/w upgrade to v1. 0.5.42 i have no internet access. SH3 is in modem setting. Landline still working. Virgin test shows SH3 not the issue. What do I do now please?

I paper clipped it and started again. Hard reset seems to have done it after much fiddling. Thx

thx Mike. Tried all that already. I can log into the router page but idk how to sort it. Original wifi network visible with a wifi tester but cannot connect. No ethernet either

Have you checked that your router is in router mode not bridge mode, update may have reset it.
