Your wifi literally said secured but no internet. which means no connection. we pay for the highest **bleep** connection and you cant do simple things as **bleep** keeping it on. ur useless bro, no wonder ur losing customers, **bleep** **bleep**. cant even play a terrible built game because your wifi is absolutely **bleep**e.
We can all understand the frustration of an unreliable service, more so when paying a premium, but there's times with VM that you have to put a bit of effort in to get problems fixed. Maybe that doesn't seem right, but that's how it is.
So what specifically is the problem? Slow download speeds? Poor latency (ping/jitter)? Disconnections? All of those?
Then, do you have any devices connected to your hub by cable, is their performance different to wireless devices?
How long has the problem been going on, have you tried phoning the fault in, done any domestic checks on cable connections, restarted the hub or anything similar?
