So, its been less than 2 months when i got VM Hub 3

first week +couple of days i was happy because I was able to turn off mobile data, and then boom here we go oldschool crap wifi connected/disconnected, dont metters where u are garden, second floor, first floor , behind the hub/front of hub ....,

i dont think i want 2-3 pods around the house 😞

i dont have any idea what to do to improve WIFI, i think even VM dont have any ideas how to fix these problems for everyone( there is lots of issues around if we check the community/twitter other social...)

Easy fix is to get a better wireless router with 1Gb ports and use the hub in modem mode.

Thanks for your post and for reaching out to the Community Forums, Viecha,

There may be several factors that can impact wifi signals such as, where the hub is located, objects surrounding the hub, wall density, reflective surfaces, radio interference from other electrical devices and others. These things will not be picked up by diagnostics unfortunately and in some instances, a booster may be needed based on these factors such as our wifi pods: https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/broadband/intelligent-wifi-pods-new
