Have a look through the many other Hub 5 topics on this forum and you'll find various suggestions of things to try including splitting the wifi bands into two, or disabling one band on your laptop wifi adapter if it is a dual band device, or reducing the channel width setting on the hub.

The Hub 5 seems to have no ability to switch off the wireless AX setting which is causing problems for some non-AX equipment.

So amongst many things this is what virgin suggested

1.on a browser, go to 192.168.0.1 to access the Hub's settings page
2.login with the Settings Password.
3.once logged in, go to Advanced Settings > Wireless > Wireless Signal change the 2.4Ghz Channel width to 20/40mhz and 5GHz channel width to 20/40/80.
4.tick Enable Channel Optimization.( nb this wasn't possible on my Hub5)
5.click Apply changes.
If the channel width is greyed out please disable the smart wifi option below and try to make the changes.

On the PC as suggested try to disable ax/ac. On our mac we had to manually enter the DNS using the details from the iphones. We also had to untick proxys in advance networking )
