Super hub 3 issues

My Internet keeps stopping and I have to keep turning my super hub 3 off. The problem started last Friday. I haven't had any issues for a while now. I have checked my power levels it seems fine, however having issues. Can someone please check it out?

Check with Area faults on  0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 automated line will tell you if there are any problems in your area.

There are no faults in the area, I have performed a test on the router, it seems to happen once a week for the past 2 weeks now. All of a sudden I get a slowdown from 207mbps to 1.6mbps then the router dies. I turn it off and on again then it works fine. I have had the router about 6 years.

What happens to wired connections? DO they slow down too?

Can you post your Hub status and logs?
Someone should be spot if there is a problem
Navigate to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode)
Don't log in!
Click on 'router status'
Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs into a 'REPLY' as opposed to 'QUICK REPLY'. The forum software will remove the MAC addresses for you (you will likely need to click the 'post' button again).

Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at ThinkBroadband (https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality)
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum!

Power and SNR all look fine from those stats!

COuld be a failing router - VM would need to do a bit of investigation!

Definitely set up the BQM!
