16 consecutive T3 timeouts
Good morning For the last 2 years on and off I sometimes get 16 consecutive T3 timeouts which cause the Internet to go off for about 45 seconds then comes back on again. My power levels are fine and I have a Hub 5 and have my own router. The issue has never gone away and virgin have no idea what causes the issue from reading other posts on here. Never had this issue when I was on a Hub 3. The problem is on the 3.1 upstream channel. I'm actually thinking about giving BRSK a go when my contact ends next June.

Since Sunday I have been getting some odd read outs. I'm not sure if the broadband stopped working as I was not in my house at the time. Since the Engineer last visit 2 weeks ago he checked everything out, the Hub 5, cabinet outside, and wires everything was perfect. The hub 5 seems like it reboots every morning around 2.37am for unknown reason in the logs. Not sure what the issue is really, apart from that broadband has been OK. Hub 5 status Cable Modem Status
I currently have a hub 5 and on M250 Fibre Broadband service. When I look at the hub status page it tells me that my Cable Modem Status Online is DOCSIS 3.0 should it say DOCSIS 3.1? Had an engineer visit today, Glenn was absolutely super! he replaced the plug on the back of my hub and fitted an equalizer, adjusted all the levels, checked the wire. I will see how it goes.... Thanks again.
