Dear Virgin Media. Red light on hub constantly, having to restart or reset more often as broadband drops. Searching on this issue suggests overheating, though my hub was a at same location for many years. Does this hub need replacing? PS I did try and speak to someone, but am giving up after 90 minutes of hanging on chats.

On posting this I got a response from a human on WhatsApp. VM sending a technician to check the hub and also a TV related issue 🤞
