My hub 3 is showing a red power light instead of the usual white power light. It is solid red but the hub is not overheating and is kept in open space there is a a drop out in wifi connection on all devices through out the day. I have re-set my hub many times, to no avail.

Sorry to hear of the solid red light appearing on your hub currently.
This would usually symbolise either an overheating hub, or a faulty LED light.
As a pre-caution, we would always seek to replace a hub that shows the solid red light.
Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner for a private message from me, and we can have a like for like replacement hub issued to you, with the hub you're currently using being collected.
