Hi,
My router has a constant red light. I have checked all connectors, unplugged, reset the router and the light is still red.
I have never had a white light on my route (had it since Aug 22), it has always been orange and when I was setting it up I was advised that this is OK - I imagine there is a problem with the router?

Is the hub hot to touch or any smoke coming out of the hub?
Have you been able to use the internet at all whilst it's been on a red light?
