Password lost from bottom of hub3 so can't connect phones or laptop

• I've lost my sticker from bottom of hub and can't connect anything to my WiFi any ideas how to get new password

Alas, no the passwords are (fairly) randomly setup when the hub is manufactured, nobody will know what the default password for your particular hub is. The only option is for you to call VM and try to get a technician visit to replace the entire hub with another one.

Hey Raymath1, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you have forgot your password.

The Hub 3 will also come with a card with your WIFI SSID and password on, have you had a look for this? Have you got a  PC or laptop connected as you  should be able to check the WIFI password on those devices under your network settings.
