can someone help me with ordering a wifi pod i have been driven mad all day by the help suggestions that been giving me the runaround as i have been told by the Connect App that need a wifi pod to help correct weak connection points in several rooms in my house but to no avail i have not been successful finding where to actually order a wifi pod.

Hopefully we will get someone at Virgin Media taking a grip of all of our problems with ordering wifi pods and satisfy us with a solution.

I have ran tests in my home and the outcome comes back fine however my ring security camera on my kitchen wall will not pick up the wifi so I need a wifi pod. Can someone please help me with ordering one?

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with getting a WiFi Pod. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

If you're using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you're on a mobile/tablet device then instead, click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
