Netflix shows missing

Hi, 

a couple of titles have disappeared on all my devices whilst using Netflix on Virgin Wi-fi. 
I’ve been trying to watch new series like Love Next Door or just hop back into Friends but they don’t appear to be there anymore whilst using Virgin Wi-fi. 
They are still there when I am on mobile data. I double checked that I wasn’t using VPN. I have been through the trouble shooting options without any joy. Even turning off and on the router.
Anyone any ideas ?

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with Netflix.

Just to clarify please, are you advising that when logged into Netflix, if connected via our WiFi, the content available is different?

What broadband connection you use shouldn't have any impact on the content Netflix streams. 

Have you tried manually searching for those programmes via the search option on Netflix?

Hi, I've been having the same issue. Manually searching does not show some films like Bodies Bodies Bodies and Woman of the Hour.

EDIT:

I think I got to the bottom of the issue. I spoke to someone at Netflix support and they recommended trying a different profile, weirdly enough it worked.

They claimed that my Profile had become set to "Global" since I'd apparently used Netflix over a VPN connection, I sometimes use one while on public wifi. They said that after a few days of not using a VPN I should be able to view UK content again.
