Film not avilable on Netflix from Virgin Media Broadband?

I'm having the most bizarre issue.

I sat down to watch the film Bodies Bodies Bodies on Netflix this evening to find that it was listed as "Coming Soon" and that I could set a reminder for when it's added. I'd checked the film out on the way home on my O2 5G and it was available, and it was showing for my partner on her broadband connection. Regardless if I check from my computer using two different browsers, or on my phone connected to WiFi, Bodies Bodies Bodies does not show up when I search on Netflix:

Switching my phone to 5G or enabling a (UK) VPN on my computer instantly shows Bodies Bodies Bodies and I'm able to watch the movie.

This problem is baffling me, the only thing I can think of is that Netflix has a weird issue with the Virgin Media IP, I'm not doing anything weird filtering on my router.

Can any other Netflix subscribers check if Bodies Bodies Bodies shows up for them? I really want to get to the bottom of this.

As soon as I connect to a UK VPN and reload, it shows up

The other films shown also seem to have the same issue.

I think I got to the bottom of the issue. I spoke to someone at Netflix support and they recommended trying a different profile, weirdly enough it worked.

They claimed that my Profile had become set to "Global" since I'd apparently used Netflix over a VPN connection, I sometimes use one while on public wifi. They said that after a few days of not using a VPN I should be able to view UK content again.
