Afternoon all,
Been trying to get in touch with CS but I’ve gone in circles so many times I’m near dizzy - seen others have some success on here so - here I am!
Looking to get a longer coaxial cable fitted to the router as the current length won’t reach past our new sofa which is spelling chaos for the wifi signal.
Any customer reps able to ping me a message to organise this for me? Experiencing some signal outages (pre change) in a couple of rooms as well so I could also do with getting that sorted.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, we are unable to send a longer cable however we can arrange for a technician to come out and relocate the Router, this is a callout and would cost a one off £25, this would go on the next bill after the visit.

As you have advised this is causing issues with WiFi, there are some great hints, tips and general WiFi support here including our Connect App, with this you can diagnose and fix most WiFi issues.
