Move router (Virgin socket)

Hi there

we’re renovating our house and need to move the Virgin router and socket. Can I get an electrician to do this or is this something Virgin can do for us?

VM will move the socket for £25, probably cheaper than an electrician. In any case your contract prohibits you moving it yourself.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
