Just had VM installed as broadband ISP. Lost access to MS Teams and MS Skype. Otherwise broadband works well. Any idea what the issue is? Tech support have not been able to solve issue. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall but didn't solve issue. Tried rebooting both programs and devices without success . Any idea what the issue is?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with MS Teams and Skype - is this the only issues or is general browsing etc affected as well?
If it's the only issues, what's happening with it?
