Unless the Hub's password has been changed, this could be the (known if not common) problem of the Hub having corrupted the password info.

A factory reset of the Hub might be the only option to attempt to regain access.

Regardless of VM notes on a reset, the RESET button needs to be pressed for a full 60 seconds to trigger the factory reset and then just leave the Hub to reset and restart.

This will revert the HUB to the initial WiFi SSID / Passwords. If the Hub's password still does not work a Hub defect will have to be reported to Support.

Hi @Almpan

You need to use the Settings password, not the wifi password to  log into 192.168.0.1

If you've enabled Modem Mode on the hub you'll need to use 192.168.100.1 instead.
