There's deffo an issue in the area. Gaming ping has been horrible for last couple of days.

Are you sure you don't have a device DoS out? do a over night test change wireless password and remove Ethernet from your router or hub and let BQM run

Not much , did the usual checks . Wires , rebooted etc and no life on hub.
engineer has been called out and apparently there is no outage .

So I was given a new replacement hub , it was meant to start working in 15 min this was at 11:30.
Still I have no internet, rang the support services twice, they keep sending signals and saying this should work in next 30 minutes.
I have green arrow flashing and I am not getting to a steady white light. Any suggestions.
Rang and messaged the engineer - no repond.
