A few weeks ago I upgraded my router from a hub 3 to hub 5,
On the Virgin connect app both my hub 3 and hub 5 are showing.
Ive reinstalled the app etc but nothing deletes the hub 3
anyone else had this issue?

Please can you let me if the app is working and it lets you use the connect to do a scan for example? Thanks
