Since 9pm last night - bottom green light sometimes solid / or flashing. Green wireless light solid and 2 arrows flashes. Have rebooted, restarted, pin hole for 60 seconds, unplugged etc all wires are fine, called but apparently no outage in area and also run service status checks. Just went last night whilst watching tv 🤷🏼♀️

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150
If no faults found:
Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.

I’ve called the 0800 and 0345 numbers - no faults reported, apparently! I do have engineer booked for Tuesday evening but it’s so frustrating 😡

Hi Gareth,
I had an engineer booked for Tuesday evening but somehow overnight, Monday/Tuesday, the internet miraculously came back all by itself! Touch wood, it has been okay since then and I cancelled the engineer Tuesday lunchtime 👍🏻
