Hello,
I logged into my virgin media account by typing in my gateway into internet explorer and then using the password on my router. However, then my wifi stopped working. It alternates between a solid wifi and lower green light symbol with flashing green arrows and another state where the wifi symbol is solid, the lower bar is flashing and there are no arrows at all. How do I fix this?

To add more context, the wifi is on and you can connect but there is no internet service

I am sorry to hear of any WiFi issues. Do you mean you've logged into the router settings? If so, can you just ensure you've not turned the WiFi off in there?
