Hi
I have just reconnected my 360 box after work done to the floor.
All OK apart from Internet connection. I have connected box to ethernet as it was before but no connection.
Any ideas anyone?

Which cables were affected by the work to the floor?
Have you tried removing the Ethernet cable and making the connection by WiFi?

Thanks for the reply.
I just had to unplug everything and move out of the room. I put it all back today all fine but ethernet connection is playing up.
Would rather sort this than do WIFI since I find it much better.

Remove the Ethernet cable from both ends and replug, ensuring tight connections.
Reboot the internet Hub. Reboot the TV box.
