Constant red light on box

My internet has been playing up and my box has a constant red light on it, unsure if this is linked but surely a red light is bad?

To clarify, is it a red light on the hub 3 or your tv box?

Please ensure the box is out in the open in a well ventilated space.

We'd also suggest rebooting it. 

If the issue persists, let me know so I can assist further.

it is in the hub itself, I have reset it and it is still red

I've booked an engineer for you to come out and have your hub replaced. You can find confirmation of the visit via your online account.

Let me know if there are any problems with the date or time and I can look to reschedule this for you. 

Please ensure there is someone over the age of 18 present at the time of the visit. 

If you do miss an agreed appointment for any reason, a £25 missed appointment charge will be applied to your account on the day of the appointment.
