My internet has been playing up and my box has a constant red light on it, unsure if this is linked but surely a red light is bad?

To clarify, is it a red light on the hub 3 or your tv box?
Please ensure the box is out in the open in a well ventilated space.
We'd also suggest rebooting it.
If the issue persists, let me know so I can assist further.
