Unable to move my Virgin Media Broadband Account to new home

Just joined


I am trying to move my Virgin Media accout from my old home to a new home. When I try to do so the website shows that their is a active connection at this property. I have contacted the previous owner and I come to know that as this place was previously rented. The previous renter might have a account on this place. 

But I have bought this new aparatment now and I need to move my broadband connection to my new home. Can you please help me on how I can do move the network. I have also tried to fill up the moving form twice but after filling up the moving form I did not get any email back from Virgin Media. So I am not sure if the filled form is going through or not. 

Please help.
